Billet Oil Pumps ?
I did a search but not much on the subject. Do these new $600 billet pumps offer any benefit over the melling select or moroso stock configuration? They say less drag in the specs but that's the only real tech info on them. Thanks for any input ,just curious on new products.

Re: Billet Oil Pumps ?
One advantage with the Moroso Billet oil pump and corresponding pan combination is the ability to adjust oil pressure. Removing a plug in the side of the pan allows you to reach the adjustment without removing the oil pan.

No separate pickup that can break off.

Not going to break off at the cap or have the pickup fall off when 2 stepping a 3000rpm. is a good enough reason for me.

Re: Billet Oil Pumps ?
A Sherman modified oil pump does real well in our stock/super stock Challenger. If you get a chance Johnny D from D 5 can shed some light on the subject.
