Hi all!
Been a while since I have posted. Looking for the best pushrod for my application. 327 small block chevy super stock motor. Unsure of cam specs, but should pull to 8800 in the 1/4. Length has been determined to need to be 7.700 inches in length. Any advice is appreciated! Jeff SS/MA 64 Chevelle Wagon |

I suggest a 3/8" diameter 0.125" wall minimum, if you can get a 0.165" wall, even better. Weight on that side does not matter, pushrod stiffness helps control valvetrain harmonics. I have been using and selling Trend for years, however, I'm struggling with them since they were bought by the new owner. I'm really very sad about this, as they have the best product, and previously had reasonable pricing and excellent service.

Thanks Alan! I really appreciate it!
I thought .080 wall thickness might be sufficient, but I only want to buy them once. Jeff |

I just wanted to update everyone on what I posted up thread. It turns out that Trend had actually resolved our problem last week, it just had not showed up in my accounts as of the end of the month. The problem is resolved, and I am a happy Trend customer and dealer.
The reason I am so set on Trend pushrods is the variety they offer in shapes, sizes, etc, in one piece ultra strong pushrods. I have yet to come across an application they did not have the perfect, or as close to perfect as you can hope to expect, pushrod for. They truly offer an absolutely superior product, for a more than reasonable price. Their stuff is really tested, too, these guys put their pieces tbrough the wringer, with serious Spin-Tron testing, so you know what you're getting with regards to strength, weight, stiffness, and harmonics, before you ever get your wallet out.
