Under the Footbrake rules it reads "no buttons on steering wheel" does this include line lock buttons or just transbrake buttons. Reason I ask is at WFC they allowed line lock buttons on the steering wheel. So if I need to move it I would like to do it before we head out that way.

Anthony, I plan to bring a few NJ racers with me.
That said, these FOOTBRAKE races need support read car count to survive and the 2 biggest concerns of racers that support these FOOTBRAKE races are payout structure and rules that are clear with no ambiguity. Me as well well most others aren't going to travel(in my case 12 hours) to a race where the rules are vague. Every attempt needs to be made to level the playing field and with no tech in NC ![]() No buttons on the steering wheel means just that. Last edited by 1320racer; 01-24-2012 at 06:03 PM. |

Ed, take that unhappy face down man. Rob and I had a phone discussion and I made it clear that there were to be no buttons on the steering wheel just as the flyer states. Also we have lowered the entry and car count this year in hopes of bringing more racers out to support the Spring Event. I thank you and every racer that has ever rolled through the gates at CPD and hope to see your continued support. The guys from up North as well as the entire mid atlantic have really supported us and we appreciate it. Bring'em Ed we need each and every one of you guys and gals.

Anthony, no unhappy face in my posts and I knew you'd enforce your rules.
I obviously like the wheelstands too. ![]() |

I wish I lived closer to the east coast. There are not any races like this in the Texas area. Not as far as entry fee and payout goes.
