64-65 Mopar 383 stocker. the 516 or 915 is the legal head for this combination. Does anyone have any experience to what head may be the best starting point. If anyone would care to help, send me a email, dyno5583@aol.com or give me a call. 763-227-3366. Thanks, Dyno

Dyno,
If my memory serves me, the 915 head was only available on 1967 models. Maybe it is allowed as a supersediance to the 516? BTW, thank you for sending Dan J my way, we are going to start straighting out his front end tonight. Larry |

The 915 small exhaust valve head is legal and is a great improvement over the 516. The 915 has the same intake port as the 906. Send a PM if you need more info, Paul.

I agree 915 are way better and all fast early cars I have seen out west have them. Also 301 68/69 Intake is better and apparently legal . I have got both if you need them. Racer7411@yahoo.com
