Default Trans Brake Issue

Ok guys here's my problem; I have a C-4 Trans with a Dynamic Trans Brake. The trans brake uses a Ledex Solenoid to change fluid flow in the valve body. I recently changed engines and installed a new Harrington Switch from Biondo, replacing the B&M green button. My problem is that when I activate the Harrington switch for some reason when the car shifts to 2nd gear it locks the rear wheels. I can disengage the Harrigton switch and cycle the transmission a few times it works correctly via foot braking.
What do you guys think the problem is, I think I am try a B&M Mushroom switch to see if it's the switch.

Smitty, it appears that the switch is staying energized. Do you have an arming switch too? Are you running an MSD box and two-step or line lock that is wired to the transbrake too? If you are, you may need a relay. Need more info on the circuitry.

Joe,

I am running an MSD 7AL2, MSD Two step, and MSD Shift box. Line lock is wired seperatelty from the rest of the system and there is not an arming switch or relay in this system either.

Smitty,

Could you let me know the part number of the MSD box and two-step you are using? There is a particular part number of MSD box and two-step that requires a relay in the system. I need to look and my notes at home to see if you have the particular part numbers.

That transbrake valve body sometimes has a problem like you described. Try cleaning the valve body

You need the actual serial number Joe? Here are the model numbers for my other MSD Ignition parts:
MSD 2 Step Model number 8739 and MSD RPM switch Model number 8950. I will check for the other numbers on the 7AL2 later.

Smitty, all I needed was the part numbers. I will do some research tonight and let you know.
