Live From the MoParty In BG
It is MoPAR all the time and every where. Blackbird Performance is here with CEO Geoff Turk. They have some really cool stuff. In our travels to BG we got the thumbs up from several really cool cars traveling to the show. Old stuff, New stuff, stuff in between, and a lot of really creative stuff are filling in the parking spots.
If your not a big MoPar fan come on in and check out some of the cars that changed automotive history and help create trends that are still in vogue. |

Re: Live From the MoParty In BG
Old folks in motor homes need a lot of help if the new transistors radio have more choices then, off, on, AM, FM, volume, and tune. How our radio got changed we haven?t a clue but it?s taken a race and a half to get back on the track radio station. Isn?t technology wonderful !!!

Re: Live From the MoParty In BG
We got four solid hits at the track. Resulting in lower 60? times and higher wheelies it looked and felt like the Dumbo of old, almost. Just a ton of the new street blower cars. Seen some folks we haven?t seen in years that was good to catch up with. And the day ends with a quick shower of rain. For my part it?s better than a three ring circus there is something going on all the time.
My favorite sleeper car was a 67 Valiant 2 door 6cyl car that was well weathered with a Gen 3 Hemi in it and the young man was killer on the tree. |

Re: Live From the MoParty In BG
Wish I could have made it, car is ready to go but schedule conflicts abound. Please post a picture of David and Donna Koopman’s “Class of 65” wagon if you get a chance, gotta love the classic stockers! I don’t have an app for hosting picture links.
Good luck!

Just a great bunch of wagons 62 - 67 I think. A two door sedan 62 fury with six taillights. Give Steve and John a few months and it will be a terror for Class. Just a fun time. We have a problem and did not make first round. Oil leak.

Got to get home and see if we can find the problem before Tulsa. If we can?t find it our season is over. No Tulsa, StLouis, StLouis, Dallas, Dallas.
