The eastern-half of the country seems fairly steady with Epping, Atlanta, and Chicago.
The D4 event should be in Dallas.
Not sure if D5 still rotates to Topeka; has been in Denver the last couple years.
D6 in Seattle.
D7 is likely Phoenix.
