I would like to thank everyone who attended race #3 at Coastal Plains on Saturday. We had a lot of new faces!! I know that the track had a full day of events but I want to extend a "special thank you" to all the racers for working with me & getting our portion of the event finished in a timely manner!! We had 27 cars make the 1st round call. Mark Young was the Kenny Koonce Jr. Dash for Cash winner & the 3rd qualifier for the special shootout race to be held at Fayetteville Motorsports Park at our last event. Mike Longhany received the $50 Best Losing Package--1st round. Homer Carty received the $50 for the Best Reaction Time--Entire race for his .0042 during the 1st round. This makes the 2nd time that Homer has received this award. We had 2 more members to enter our points so that now brings our total to 44 members for the 2012 racing season!!!
