Default Re: 69 Camaro B/S

I bought the same bell-housing the spring. I was first concerned with the lever clearance too. I saw that there was only about an 1/8" of clearance. But when the levers are under centrifugal force. They will move forward, towards the block. Not the transmission. Been running it since May without an issue.
As for the fork clearance. I shortened the pivot ball bolt. Youll just have to lengthen the bell crank rod to make up the difference. Pretty sure i set the fork so it sat parallel with the front face of the transmission. And still had about 3/8" clearance for the levers and throw out bearing.

Hope this helps,
steve
