IHRA has been very good about a one race exception in stock as long as it does not offer a performance advantage over another competitor in the same class. I had an issue with my weight box at Edmonton three years ago and they let me run the event. Email Mike Baker at
mbaker@feldinc.com, tell him the situation and see if he will allow you to run without the stock seat for this race. No-box is a great class as well but we are trying to show IHRA that we have enough stock and superstock entries to make sure they continue with these two classes in the future - we need all the participant's we can get.
