Steve Wann is the best I know for our Carter AFB/AVS. Perhaps he
would do WCFB's.

He put a enormous amount of work in has carbs = Miles more work
than I ever did doing them!!!!

His work is not free or cheap.

My chassis builder told me along time ago:

If you want good Oats - You need to pay a good price.
Now if Oats already gone thru the cow are OK -
You can name your own price.
