I tried to support them around here. Very low car counts due to like "going back in time", track prep was very poor-to-none. My car didn't care, had a set up for NHRA, one for IHRA. My IHRA hp was lower, so I could run lighter. Indexes were slower too. Second and a half under was no problem.

The IHRA tracks around here were mostly small, rural tracks many of us had not heard of. Small dirt pits, etc. Pay outs were very low. I also quit going after checks started bouncing.

They mostly drew local bracket racers anyway. May have been different in other areas.
