It's never just for FUN! I go to race to win it all, all of the time. Yes we will need enforced rules. It is all about I'm faster, smarter, quicker, harder working, or whatever else Today. 'Cause tomorrow it will be different and someone else will be on top. The winner needs to be awarded a Target Shirt because everyone will be gunning for them.
A lot of us hope it gets done!
