Default Re: 24th Annual Uncle Buck Pig Roast & .90 Race - Aug 12-13

Here is the info for the race at Cecil County:

Friday Night, August 11th, 2017:
Gates open at 5pm till about 11pm (I believe both gates will be open to make it easier to get into the track since Friday Night can be very crowded with Cecil's Street Night). We will park on the Tower side area (Grass Area) for the weekend. Their will be a Test & Tune that night starting at 6pm till about 10pm

Saturday, August 12th, 2017:
Gates will open at 8am and with the Top 8 race going on we will start with the first time run at 9:15am. NO ADDITIONAL TIME RUNS MAYBE MADE BEFORE WE KICK THINGS OFF WITH THE 1ST TIME RUN. Once the race is into the later round and depending who's left in competition we may start the Top 8 race to get things moving along a little quicker and try to get done around 5pm.

Once things are completed on the track, join us over at the Donhausers for the annual Pig Roast beginning around 6-6:30pm. Everyone is welcomed and it is a BYOB and Bring your own chair event. Once the Sun goes down we will do the annual Lantern Festival to honor those who have left this earth way too soon.

Sunday, August 13th, 2017:
Things kick off with the Junior Dragsters at Cecil County around 9am and they will finish eliminations (I don't expect many since the Junior Championship for D1 is going on at Numidia that weekend). The Bracket cars will hit the track around 10:30 and then we will follow for Race # 8 of the season.

Gate Fee: $30.00 per day
.90 Entry Fee: $75.00 per day
Payouts based on car counts - 26 cars = $1,000 to win / $500 R/UP

Unfortunately, you will not be allowed to leave your rigs at Cecil County for the following LODRS race. I would check with a local racer to see if they have room at their house to maybe store it for the week to save on those towing costs which I know are flat out NUTS anymore to get to Cecil County.

Any questions:
