SURE ENOUGH !
No. 3 intake ... Schubeck lifter... "puck" shattered.
hasn't run long since it happened, but I can see that the fragments would have went EVERYWHERE.

This block is honed to the size limit.
Would this crap have damaged cylinder walls ?
