I'm fighting this exact same problem and its frustrating. Changed springs, fuel system, float levels, big needles, C11 does help, but in the end Tina is right, its the camshaft.
Now the trick is a balance of decent low end and acceptable high end. 11.60 @ 107 popping all the way ain't gonna work. Probably gonna give Comp a try and I'll let you know how it compares to the violent Bullet lobe.
