There was also a 69 Mustang S/S notchback from the Bremerton/Port Orchard area, owned by a guy, who I believe whos last name was Sadler, or something similar. Whittig took me over to look at the 69 around 1980. I also remember Jeff Whittigs brother having a red 68 Mustang convertible Stocker that ran D/SA. I believe Jeffs brothers name was Dan, and the convert. was sold to Aldon Miller, who still has it as far as I know.

I owned the 68, Jeff Wittig and I were partners on it. it was originally a street car, had a 448 from Vancleve with dual 4s and nitrous. we converted it to run stock C/SA then C/S at 77 winternationals.
Jeff was partners with Doug Betteral on the SS/F 68 the set the record with.
Bill Sadler was the 69 notchback owner.
Jeff also teamed up with Brian Cour on his 69 convertible, then a 68 fastback.
dan did own the 68 convertible.
sadly both Jeff and Dan have passed.
