1985 Chev. Silverado stepside short box pickup
Helping my Dad out. 1985 Chevrolet Silverado shortbox step side pickup.
All power, tilt, cruise, dual tanks, air conditioning.
Truck is all original: 305 Qjet, 700R4 trans, 3:73. 305 was just rebuilt, transmission has been rebuilt.
Truck runs good, just ordered a new Edelbrock 4 bbl carb for it. Quadrajet are just fickle. Single exhaust, 15x8 truck rally wheels 275 60 tires.
What truck needs:
Interior: new dash pad, headliner is starting to barely come loose.
mechanical: needs new carb.
suspension: can use new shocks, and brakes.
exterior: can use a new paint job
My father is 85 years old and has owned this truck for past 20 years. Truck is rust free, these trucks are getting few and far between (and stepsides are getting really hard to find). Title in hand. $7500 OBO the way it sits. If you want it now you better grab it, about to start ordering parts, and will also get a new paint job once it is done price will go up dramatically.
