Hello! My first post on this thread might as well be worth something. A long time ago, 1978 to be exact, I attended the races at my local drag strip in Pennfield, New Brunswick, Canada. At that time, Norm Carson was running a Super Stock Hemi Barracuda that was the most outstanding car at the track.
It obviously impressed me so much that here it is, forty years later and I'm building my own version of that car in my garage.
I've also taken a keen interest in the history of the B0 cars, and in particular the timeline of this Hemi Barracuda.
And so it goes, the car was originally sold to Jim Wick and called the "Matchmaker", sponsored by Packer Plymouth.
After Wick, it made its way to Paul Rossi, then on to Norm Carson.
From Carson to George Weibe, the John Mountjoy, the finally to Danny Smith.
