Hello. I saw multiple sources, and I can say that if you want to economize money and have good thick lighting, you can try simple LED lights. However, you can opt for the smart ones as you have more control over them in brightness and intensity. I'm using
smart LED bulbs from amazon for my home, and I can say that I'm satisfied with the result. The best is that Alexa controls them, so I can even use my voice beside my smartphone. I have them preset at 10 pm to slowly decrease their intensity and change their color to red to prepare myself for sleep, and at every moment, I can turn on and off this preset. You may try them, who knows, maybe you'll like them.
