Still sounds like a bad battery even though they are new. Do a individual load test to verify.If it has a programmer that was installed thru obdII port I would put stock tune back in it. My slow crank was from bad starter, but no flashing lights just slow turning over. Starter is easy to remove and have auto parts test it. Have you tried key on and jump solenoid at fender to see if start up?
