Nhranml, in the case of a 69 Camaro, engine usage does dictate which hood can be used. A Camaro must be a SS in order to get a 350/300 or a BB. A Camaro must be a Z-28 in order to get a 302. A base Camaro can't have a 302, 350/300 or a BB so it can't have a ZL-2 hood.
The way I see it, you're both right. Can we get on to Chrysler and FFFFord hoods now?
