My problem I think is it gets cold here in winter & I did not plug it in plus I had summer oil in and older batteries shot some ether in it after I had charged the batteries a bit and after 2-3 days I probably washed the oil off the turbine and it wore the impeller down--- fortunately I caught it in time and only had to clean the lines to/from the intercooler otherwise ya hafta pull the intercooler and clean it out too---rebuilt exchange turbo is about $500 takes about 4-6 hours to replace it----I usually let the engine idle for about a minute or so to cool down after running or towing for 4-5 hours not sure if your supposed to do that but in my situation it seems to work-- this winter I have only plugged it in twice otherwise it pops right over and smokes and runs like a 3 legged dog for about 5 minutes then it smoothes out and runs OK--
