Definitely a problem with the short times based on 119MPH and only 11.96 ET. Like Stephen said, you should be in the low 11's with a 119 MPH speed, so the car is not leaving hard.
Stockers don't have "stock cams". They have stock LIFT cams but tons of duration. Stocker motors, especially small blocks, spin at very high RPMs. A stocker with a small block will likely be spinning well over 7000 RPM and probably would have a 5.00 or higher gear, and a converter stalling at 5800+. Those are the things that make the car leave.
Your MPH/weight number says you are making about 375 HP. You are going to be hard pressed to spin it as hard as you will need to do to make more power without getting rid of those stock rods.
Making a stocker run quick ET's is NOT easy (or cheap), even if it looks like it should be.
