90 Mustang, mini tubbed, 28x10.5's, 3.73 gears, coil overs, adjustable rear suspention, full cage, tubular front end with adjustable coil over struts. Car wieghs in at 2850#. I am currently running a c-4 trans built with all the good stuff, and a 4800 BTE converter.

Motor is a 306 with KB hyperutectic 9.5:1's canfield aluminum heads, CNC ported 2.05/1.6 valves, parker funnel web intake, 750 carb, Stock block, Stock rods, stock crank. I use a MSD distributor, and a 6al box. The engine currently has a mid 500 lift hydrolic roller in it.

I have seen Stock and Super Stock cars with stock heads, cams run faster than I am currently going.

Car has been a best of 11.96 @ 119mph

What do I need to do to get the car to go 10.7's?

According to one of them slide rule calculators, I am only making 300HP, I would have thought this motor would have been higher.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

one problem i see is that you have to much head for your combo, and another thing the car isnt hooking. You should be running 11.20-30s with that kind of mph. Not enough compression either!!! The first think i would do would be work on the susp.
