I run a small block in S/G and am relatively slow as you will be in S/C. I'd shoot for a cruise around 4500 so you'll have plenty of numbers to swing and a decent ratio. I'd also get a decent run at the 60ft mark, maybe roll out there .30 or so for around 1.5-2.0 seconds. I'd imagine that'd be decently close. Don't run a dragster though, others might go on a little sooner.
