My Lunati catalog shows 51099 as custom grind and no other information.

This is what I found on the internet.

Solid Roller Cam. Excellent cam for bracket racing applications in the 10 second range with good mid range and upper RPM torque and HP. Needs 4000-4500 RPM stall converter, headers, 11:1+ compression ratio and 4.30+ gearing.
