We run accumulators on both of our cars, and have the electric solenoid connected to the ignition switch on them both as well. With this setup, we always turn on the ignition switch and let the motors prime until the oil pressure falls back to 5-10psi before we fire the cars up each morning. And of course the motor gets a full prime everytime you go to start it up so it's just a great insurance for every bearing and lubed surface.
