At 2680, I can run two full size batteries and some weight in the rear weight box with a 200 lb driver. If I was lighter it would be a non issue. I guess part of all this depends on how much you need to weigh overall and how heavy your car is.

That being said, the car performs well with either block in terms of how it works and as far as hp the engines are virtually he same in hp.

I like to run in G which puts me at a 2680 minimum, but if you run a heavier class and can move weight to the back, I wouldn’t be concerned about a little more weight if you thought the block was too heavy.

I really like the idea of having one lightened, but not enough to spend the $$$

James, what F-R weight percentage do you run and/or shoot for, with your Cavalier?
