Your last statement is the point being made. Why cant Bandimere have the same freedom as other tracks or sporting events? Is the location so contaminated with the virus it cant ipen. This freedom seems to fit for certain people while others stay closed. Why cant the city sit down and listen to Bandimere plan for social distancing and make something work. Freedom is for everyone not a select
