Need help with an ID on this car.

It's obviously a Firebird Formula, somewhere from 1970 thru 1973.

Appears to be running F/SA.

The perm number looks to be either 7700 or 1100.

Anybody know the owner, at that time ?

Anybody know what year model was being claimed ?

Anybody know what engine it was running ?
