Before you rebalance , blow up the tires to about 30 psi , then let all the air back out , then blow them back up and balance them . Sometimes the tubes fold up on themselves when they get aired up and then they will be heavy in that area . By letting the air back out , hopefully they will even out the folds , and that will help the balance .
