It’s a crap shoot with the factory blocks at .060 over. You would be better off saving for an aftermarket block. The prep cost is the same and you know you will have something good. The Duffy’s will hold up fine at that rpm. I used to run those years ago and never had one fail. Stick car and over 9000 rpm.
