You were obvious and my question goes beyond what is evident at face value.

Let's go deeper. Why would anyone be opposed to this adjustment when appropriate? What is to be gained and how?

I don't believe racers choose to compete in Stock with the understanding that they will have to deal with a blatant chasm between those that do and don't have appropriate factors, although that concern is certainly evident.

Who is ultimately responsible for the assurance of integrity of Stock Eliminator?
