Should have come with a wideband. If you don't have one, you need a data logger so you can play a run back to see what your actual air/fuel ratio at each 500 RPM cel in the fuel table. I use the FAST internal data logger.
A given set of numbers in the fuel table won't be right for every LT1 Stocker. Different cams, injectors, fuel pressure, headers and cylinder heads.

In AlphaN mode, yours will be different in different weather, and at different elevations.
