The tip of the secondary rod sits in a fixed size orifice and acts as a restriction. So yes, the smaller the tip the richer the mixture. "They" say the long rods work better in drag racing but I have never seen any difference in testing. Don't know what LL tips are. Most guys measure tip diameter size for tuning, I go by factory stamps. An AU or CK rod is fairly rich. You really need a tool to properly measure the hangers. You can not go by the stamping. B or C hanger is on the very rich scale of things. The tension on the flap should not be to loose or a bog will surely appear. Don't think you will find much in the 60 with the flap once you have it set.
