How about on a race engine. I have my old stocker engine on a run stand and am playing with the 340 6pack setup just to learn a bit about it. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Wouldn't run a PV on a race motor, certainly not on a stick.....whats the point! Frame of reference, I ran a stock 750 holley with a 6.5PV on my stock motor lil red express ran great, we dropped a crate motor long block with a 509 cam in it, some cheap 202 heads, and that killed the low end so much it felt like it needed a 2000 rpm higher stall convertor....put a 3.5 PV in it, and instant response, and tire shredding fun.
