NAPA guy here with a 1997 book...
I'm looking though all of the common engine sizes of mainstream American makers but not finding either of these numbers yet. What I CAN tell you with certainty, like Roberte said, is that the 211-1282 is NOT a pushrod, it should be a valve for a cylinder head. Pushrods can be measured for length and diameter, and head type on each end, and then matched up against a chart to tell what they might fit.
I can also tell you with some certainty that the piston pin number you have is for something pretty ancient, like out of the 1940's or 50's judging from the relatively low number of the last four digits.
