I don't know how this thread got from a 1969 Roadrunner hood to a 1970 Cuda hood, but the answer to the original question is....no, you can not use a 6bbl hood on a 383 car. You could use the scoop hood in Super stock GT with the 383. BTW, my 69 Roadrunner was an original 383, I bought it new when I got out of the Army and still have it.
