Default Re: Inline Throttle Stop

I have one on my car with a Dominator. Our driver, Tony Morris won Hot Rod in the Saturday race at Bradenton with it.

I'm not a carb expert but, have an idea on how they work. I've flogged that combo (inline linkage with Dominator) to death to make it work. The key was the BLP external linkage and adjusting it to cruise on the front two barrels only. I tried the 1:1 linkage ratio and the cruise RPM was just terribly sloppy. The progressive linkage keeps the throttle blades open away from the transfer slot and cleans up the cruise. Oh, and I use a power valve and I run 93 octane.
