As it says in the rulebook , between the framerails you must keep the stock floorboard in the stock location. The spare tire well must stay.
Good luck with the Dart. I'm doing another Cuda right now. Can't decide if I'm going to move the stock rails or use round tubing.
What class you building for and what rear suspension will you run?
