A bunch of years ago, I was involved in a race where the person, may he RIP, won a round and I lost. We WERE doing scale and fuel check and he BYPASSED BOTH. I sat and waited til the end of the line and PASSED scale and Fuel check.

I was NOT reinstated after this other racers failure to comply with the rules, nor did the racer return AFTER driving right by the other 20 or so racers in line.

An hour later the race was rained out.
