Yes, generally Q-2 (Qualifying-2) is also C-1 (Class-1). In qualifying, your A/SA can run any car on a qual run. NHRA does this at their races, first round of Class also counts for qualifying for the main event. Like Indy next week. Stock will get Q-1 and Q-2 Wednesday, get Q-3 Thursday morning, then go into Class shortly after. C-1 will also be Q-4, the last shot to make a run good enough to qualify for the 128 car show that starts Saturday there. Only the 4 Q runs count. So if you win class, and run quick enough in C-2 and C-3 to make the show, it won't count, since it wasn't a run that counts towards qualifying (in the interest of fairness.
