Tom N.....I would say you are all set with the High Backs. Because mine have no support above the shoulder, I figured it would be required.

Hey Tom G…….ironically I was working on a back support for a Kirkey seat yesterday and learned a trick by using a 1-3/8 .058 tube, 2 pieces of ½ .058 tubes (cut at 1-3/8) and mount them perpendicular to the tube, then split it. Makes a nice clamp for the cross bar and you have means of bolting them together.
