No ,they're draw through. The carb is just in a funny place !
The two step is okay with the pedal switch but here's the problem:
As the boost climbs, so does the stall speed. It will eventually level off with a 2 step, but with every snap ,crackle and pop, it will still climb.
You've got to be ready for a quick tree, so, seeing you'll leave first 95 % of the time anyway, as soon as you see 4 stage bulbs, you need to go to the floor as quick as you can.
Better chance you'll be maxed out with boost...If not...you had a bad day!
