What will hurt ceramic lifters is low spring pressure, resulting in a loss of valvetrain control. They do not like to bounce, whether it is on the ramp, or over the nose (commonly called "lofting") and that is where you'll see them break.
In your opinion, for less than 7k, do you believe that 200seat/400-450open will work? Or should i shoot for a little more?
