Here in Ky we call them crawdads,up here you find them in creeks under rocks and wet ground you see holes they bore in ground somehow,looks like you used a small auger about 1 1/4 diameter.

they taste very good as long as they are seasoned right!!! we love them we went pick up 20lbs last weekend and ate them at the track! thery were very very good!!!
motorhome washed and loaded! My son and i are ready to watch all you guys for the weekend!!!!
then i get to work this morning and i have to work all day friday!!
so i wont get there till friday night!!
