The 1967 RO23 Hemi Cars were 'Belvedere II' cars.

No GTX left the factory with a functional flat 67' Hemi hood scoop.

Sox & Martin won the 1968 NHRA Springmationals with a 'true' 67' GTX
Street Hemi, dual faux-vent scoop hooded car.
