I ran the Hoosier 275/60 for some time. Really good tire, fairly light at 24 lbs each.

The new M/T 3754X Pro 275 D/R tire has been talked about in the high hp X275 stuff so I decided to try them out even though they are much heavier at 32 lbs each.

At first I thought the weight may have slowed the car some, but till the end of the season we made all new best passes the whole season.

Great tire, very consistent throughout conditions from 102 degree air/140-150 track temp to 44 degree cold track days. Went a best 60' of 1.129 at 2925 lbs on a naturally aspirated, stock suspension 79 Malibu.

If allowed by NHRA, the 3754X is definitely worth trying.
