Like Billy said, you are going to be running this engine under or around 6000. Make a bunch of cylinder pressure and torque. Good luck, and enjoy the ride!
x2, also use 5w30 oil with a stock lifter anything lighter will bleed down, went thru this in the early 90's. gsa612
